"Ignorance is preferable to error;
and he is less remote from the
Truth
who
Believes Nothing, than he
   who
Believes what is a Wrong."

WELCOME

            Feast of Agape home page is designed to assist those individuals in their independent search for the TRUTH.  This is the very site that is designed for those individuals who very often express their need for spiritual growth by their own declaration of, "I am spiritual and not at all religious!"  This site has been opened to any and all of those truly spiritual people wanting the fellowships of others that share this very idea that their spiritual needs are simply not found in any fashion by any of existing religions.  This very act of one's participation in the Feast of Agapé is and was the only means of showing one's true acceptance of the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.  Jesus had said that there existed but one great commandment that would aptly serve as the entirely of the law and the Prophets and that was, "Love your neighbors as I have loved you." And it was this very form of the practice of  unconditional love of ALL mankind (and he very specifically and affirmatively met ALL of any mankind irrespective of any of the various traits that give such widespread bigotry its ability to hate and reject those socially disenfranchised individuals who Jesus spoke of when he added those inclusive words of "the least amongst any of the others,") that gave Jesus the only right to fully proclaim, "If you have known me, then you have known god."  It is our own practice of truly loving our neighbors that will give us the right to reclaim our own individual divinity that has been taken from many of us by a religion that was initially designed only to keep the slaves of Constantine the Great under the oppressive religion that demanded absolute obedience to church and state.  You should pay particular attention to the Nicene Creed in which there is no where that even hints at the one and only commandment of Jesus for us to love and that very love, is above all else that may govern our individual acts of living one's life to the very fullest extent.  Jesus had said of this singular commandment that it would grant anyone "the JOY of living ones LIFE." No mention of death or the joy of a heaven that he, as a Jew, had no need of.  It is only in our living a life of Agapé, that we might find our spiritual maturity.  So my good friends, let us break bread and toast the greatest Teacher of all times, Jesus of Nazareth and in doing so, honor his loving humanity.
